Keystone Preservation pride themselves in delivering a high quality of services to their customers and in order to do so they have spent a vast amount of time in researching and sourcing the best equipment available in the marketplace. The DOFF machine is a market-leading and expertly engineered system which uses steam rather than the traditional method of high pressured water to remove unwanted matter from a range of surfaces.
Keystone use steam based cleaning equipment rather than the traditional method of high pressured water to remove unwanted matter from a range of surfaces.
DOFF is a steam based surface cleaning system. It is unlike any other steam system and can achieve temperatures of up to 150 degrees at the nozzle end – making it a ‘super-heated water/ steam system’. The operator is able to vary the temperature and pressure to remove many different types of paint and biological matter. Once cleaned, the surface dries within minutes which prevents any long-term damage as a result of trapped moisture.
The DOFF systems will remove moss, algae, fungi and other biological matter form most surfaces including stonework, masonry and paving. The steam not only removes the build up of matter but also kills off spores meaning there is then no need to use a chemical biocide during the removal process or as a protection against further biological activity.
Aside from removing biological matter and staining, the DOFF is a useful sterilisation tool for kitchens, toilets, hospitals and swimming pools.
